Trauma has been a central focus of Wendy's clinical work since graduate school. She understands that emotional pain can come from acute trauma, complex trauma, chronic stress, or repeated experiences of being misunderstood.
Wendy helps clients learn to live more fully in their own skin, from the inside out, rather than people-pleasing or moving through life on autopilot.
