We see you as more than a diagnosis. Our care is grounded in collaboration, evidence, lived experience, and practical support.
Affirming does not mean vague
Neuroaffirming care can be warm and clinically careful at the same time. Prismpath names real distress, impairment, trauma, burnout, sensory overload, and executive-function challenges without framing neurodivergence as a defect.
Care that respects autonomy
Treatment planning is collaborative. Providers listen for what has worked, what has caused harm, and what feels realistic. The aim is to support choice, communication, daily function, and self-understanding.
Integrated when useful
Therapy, psychiatry, occupational therapy, assessment, and family support can stand alone or coordinate when it helps. The right level of coordination depends on clinical need and consent.
