Therapy at Prismpath Health is collaborative, strengths-based, and responsive to how you process the world.
Therapy that starts with context
Care is shaped around your lived experience, communication style, sensory needs, culture, relationships, and goals. Sessions may focus on anxiety, depression, burnout, masking, identity, trauma recovery, major transitions, parenting stress, or relationship patterns. The goal is not to force a standard version of wellness, but to build language, strategies, and support that fit your actual life.
What sessions may include
Depending on clinical fit, therapy may include reflective work, skills practice, nervous-system awareness, relationship support, planning for difficult conversations, and coordination with other Prismpath providers. Care is collaborative and adjusted over time as your needs change.
A careful fit for neurodivergent adults
Many adults come to therapy after years of being misunderstood, overcorrected, or asked to mask discomfort. Prismpath uses a neuroaffirming frame, which means therapy can name real challenges without treating neurodivergence itself as a problem to erase.
